We stand behind our Two Ants® products and we expect our customers to be able to buy with complete confidence knowing that their Two Ants® product will perform as expected for many years. We have a No Fuss Policy so if our product is defectice, we will simply replace it and we'll do it fast. It's that simple.
We guarantee all Two Ants® products against manufacturers defects and premature deterioration or failure for 24 months (2 years) from the date of invoice.
If you encounter a defective Two Ants® product within the guaranteed timeframe, Contact Us and follow the Returns section below. We will express post a new item to you once we have received or confirmed the faulty item.
The Only Exclusions Are:
- Malicious or willful damage
- Damage caused by incorrect use
- Chemical damage
- Knife cuts
- Bullet holes
- Kids drew on it
- or, the dog ate it

Refund or Exchange
We know that sometimes when you buy from an online store, it is hard to see if the product is exactly what you want, therefore if you receive the product and it's not what you wanted, contact us within 14 days to let us know and we will happily refund or exchange it for you. Follow the Returns section below and make sure you send it back in it's original condition and packaging. Please note that we will not refund or exchange a used product.
We offer a 14 days, no questions asked, return policy so if you receive the product and it's not what you thought it was, simply send it back to us in it's original, un-used and brand new condition and we'll refund you the cost of the items, excluding any freight costs.
If you wish to return a product, you MUST Contact Us BEFORE sending the product back.
All freight costs to return or exchange an item will be at the buyers expense.
All returns are to be sent with "Tracking" and "Signature on Delivery".
- Order ID found on the top left of your invoice.
- Reason for wanting to return the product.
Once we receive the above info, we will contact you and advise how to proceed.
Apart from warranty returns, once we receive the product in it's original, un-used and brand new condition, we will refund the product/s price (excluding freight), or exchange the product for a different model of similar value (customer to pay return freight). If you want to exchange the product for another product of greater value, we will issue you an invoice for the difference which you will need to pay prior to us sending you the new product.
Two Ants® Product Quality
Two Ants® gear is extremely tough and backed by a no fuss warranty so our customers can rest assured that when they buy a Two Ants® product, they are buying quality that lasts and the product will be backed by exceptional support from Two Ants®.
The following few items are minor issues that we know of which have been corrected, and we stand to make right with replacements holsters or replacement parts where applicable.
- Original style adjustable device holder metal press stud pulled apart.
Less than 1% of holsters with the original device holders were affected.
- Trap Jaw Single Left Black (CT200SLBK) bottom corner stitching pulled apart due to the stitch missing the side of the fabric.
Only a very small amount of approx. 0.05% of these holsters had this issue.
