We guarantee the holsters we sell against manufacturers defects for 13 months from the date of invoice.

If you encounter a defective holster within the guaranteed timeframe, contact us for a unique return code, send it back and we will happily exchange it for a new one. Just follow the Returns section below.

If you believe the product has failed early due to normal use wear and tear such as ripping or material chafing within 24 months from date of invoice, we want to know about it so we can improve quality and hopefully help you out. Just Contact us to see what we can do.

Refund or Exchange

We know that sometimes when you buy from an online store, it is hard to see if the product is exactly what you want, therefore if you receive the product and it's not what you wanted, contact us within 14 days to let us know and we will happily refund or exchange it for you. Just follow the Returns section below.

Just make sure you send it back in it's original condition.


If you wish to return a product, you Must obtain a unique return code from us prior to sending the product back.

Contact us with the reason and your order number, and we will send you the unique code, and the address to send the product to. The unique code must accompany the product when you send it back.

Freight costs to return an exchangable or refundable product will be at the buyers expense.

Freight costs to return faulty products will be at the buyers expense, but we will express post the new product to you at our cost.

Apart from warranty returns, once we receive the product in it's original condition, we will refund the product price (excluding freight) or exchange the product for a different model of similar value. If you want to exchange the product for another product of greater value, we will issue you an invoice for the difference which will need to be paid prior to us sending you the new product.
